Speeding Driver Cited For Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia: New Canaan Cops
The incident occurred just after midnight on Friday, July 21.

NEW CANAAN, CT — A 29-year-old Bridgeport man was found to be in possession of a marijuana grinder, which contained marijuana residue, during a motor vehicle stop on South Avenue just after midnight Friday, according to New Canaan police.
Khaled Abdalla, of Myrtle Avenue, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia after police pulled him over for speeding.
An officer detected an odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle at the time of the stop, which prompted the search that turned up the grinder.

Abdalla was issued an infraction at the scene and was released.
