Buyers drove accepted offers and properties going under contract to the top of Darien's residential real estate statistics for the week ending today.
Ten accepted offers and four going under contract were reported on the Darien MLS during the past week.
Results in other categories were:
-- Three new listings of property for sale;
-- Three price changes, and
-- Two closings.
