St. Luke's Graduate Killed in Plane Crash
The 2015 graduate was a freshman at Colgate University.

Two Colgate University students from Ridgefield died Sunday afternoon in a plane crash in New York, the university said in a statement.
Freshmen Cathryn ‘Carey’ Depuy and Ryan Adams, both of Ridgefield died in the plane crash after taking off from Hamilton Municipal Airport in Hamilton, N.Y.
Adams was a 2015 graduate of St. Luke’s in New Canaan. His sister Kelly is currently a junior at St. Luke’s.

“Words can’t express the depth of this tragedy and of course the pain it has inflicted on Ryan’s family and friends,” Head of School Mark Davis said in a statement.
Davis said the school will share news about services with the community as soon as possible. Support will be available to students affected by the tragedy today and over the next few weeks.

Colgate is also providing counseling for those students affected by the incident.
In light of the event, the university cancelled some of Monday’s events. A community vigil will be held at Colgate Memorial Chapel at 7:30 p.m.
The crash is under investigation by local and federal authorities.
