The S4 Study Skills workshops foster academic achievement by teaching key study strategies to help students learn and attain greater academic success. Built on S4’s evidenced based 100 series, the 200 program expands to cover assessing and understanding one’s learning style, methods to stay focused and eliminate distractions, motivation techniques, critical-thinking strategies, and scientific-based methodologies to increase information retention while decreasing stress.

“Study skills are essential to academic success,” said St. Luke’s Upper School Head, Liz Perry. “Building these skills can improve comprehension and performance. We’re pleased to bring this program to our campus, both for our own students and those from neighboring towns.”
