Stamford Man Arrested for DWI in New Canaan
The driver was allegedly more than three times over the legal limit.
A Stamford man reported to be three times over the legal alcohol limit was arrested for DWI in New Canaan, police said.
An officer observed a vehicle driving erractivly on South Avenue Sept. 7 shortly before 1 a.m., police said.
The driver was pulled over and a sobriety test was conducted. The driver failed and a blood alcohol test revealed he was three times over the legal limit, police said.

Matthew Hernandez, 30, of Weed Avenue in Stamford was charged with DWI and failure to maintain proper lane.
