State Seeks To Remove Attorney For Michelle Troconis Over Sweatshirt
Prosecutors want to prohibit an attorney from representing Troconis over a sweatshirt that may be connected to the murder of Jennifer Dulos.
NEW CANAAN, CT — Prosecutors want to prohibit an attorney from representing Michelle Troconis after he refused to say where he obtained a sweatshirt that may be connected to the murder of Jennifer Dulos, according to media reports.
According to The Norwalk Hour, Supervisory Assistant State's Attorney Michelle Manning said in court documents filed Tuesday that Jon Schoenhorn refused to tell prosecutors where he got the sweatshirt but has claimed he could use it in his defense of Troconis.
The Norwalk Hour reports the sweatshirt contained a hair with the DNA of a former employee of Fotis Dulos, according to Schoenhorn. State prosecutors have asked a judge to prohibit Schoenhorn from representing his client because he may need to be called as a witness now.
