Suspect In Missing Mom Case Meets With State's Attorney: Report
Michelle Troconis, a suspect in the disappearance of Jennifer Dulos, was spotted leaving her attorney's office Thursday.

NEW CANAAN, CT -- Michelle Troconis, the 44-year-old girlfriend of Fotis Dulos, was spotted leaving her attorney's office Thursday after meeting with members of the State's Attorney's office and Connecticut State Police, reports WCBS-TV correspondent Tony Aiello. Troconis and Fotis Dulos were arrested over the weekend on evidence tampering charges in connection with the disappearance of New Canaan mother-of-five Jennifer Dulos.
Jennifer Dulos has been missing since May 24, and her estranged husband, Fotis Dulos, and Troconis are accused of discarding bloodstained items in Hartford soon after Jennifer Dulos disappeared. Some of those items tested positive for Jennifer Dulos' blood.
Both Troconis and Fotis Dulos were charged with tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, and first-degree hindering prosecution, and they appeared in court for the first time on Monday. Troconis bonded out, while Fotis Dulos remains in custody.

Members of the state police were at a refuse facility in Hartford again on Thursday sifting through mountains of garbage looking for clues in the case.
Jennifer Dulos and Fotis Dulos were embroiled in a contentious divorce and custody battle at the time of her disappearance, and she reportedly told the court that she feared him.
That case has dragged on for two years, and on Thursday, the Hartford law firm Rose Kallor, which was representing Fotis Dulos in the divorce matter, filed a motion to drop him as their client, reports Courtney Zieller of WFSB-TV.
