Teens Suspected in Jade Clothing Larceny in New Canaan

Items went missing after the teenagers tried clothing on.

New Canaan Police are investigating after a reported larceny at Jade Clothing on Elm Street on May 5.

the shop owner told officers that two female teenagers entered the store and went to a dressing room to try on clothes and then offered to put them back on the rack.

The owner checked her inventory about a half an hour later and saw that a pair of capri pants valued at $74 and gray-orange shorts valued at $64 went missing.
