With the economy moving at warp speed and listing inventory at an all time low we are right in the eye of the storm.. the midpoint between the bottom and what most agents remember to be an amazing market. This is the last chance for buyers to get in and get a fair deal. From here on out I predict that most homes will go to multiple offers and many will continue to sell for well above the asking price.
I recall my childhood during hurricane Gloria, (Which in 1986 was considered to be epic) I stood out in the yard with my two brothers looking up into a blue sky to see what they called the eye of the storm. Of course the more aggressive tail end made its way through shortly after.
We are right there in history. Our economy is like a big Hurricane, you don't know how it is going to come at you and if you are smart enough to "Buy" in the eye of the storm, you stand to benefit greatly.

Remember that when buyers compete for a home, they will always pay what that home is worth to them. Homes will continue to sell to the strongest buyer and right now.., buyers are strong this spring. Expect prices to go up as supply and demand continues to predict our future.
My modo is... you alone are responsible for how successful you will be. Realize your potential and make a difference for your clients one deal at a time. If you are proactive, professional and creatively authentic then 2014 will be your best year yet!
