Teens Caught Allegedly Smoking Pot At New Canaan's Talmadge Hill RR Station: Cops
The incident occurred just after midnight on Wednesday.

NEW CANAAN, CT — Three teenagers, one of whom was a 17-year-old Norwalk juvenile, were issued summons on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia just after midnight Wednesday in the parking lot of the Talmadge Hill train station, according to New Canaan police.
The three were sitting in a car parked in the lot when an officer saw them and approached the vehicle.
"Upon approaching the occupied vehicle the officer detected the odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle," wrote police in a statement.

A search of the vehicle and the suspects turned up marijuana, a marijuana grinder and multiple pipes used for smoking the substance, according to police.
Issued summons were an 18-year-old man from Naples, Florida; an 18-year-old Stamford man; and the 17-year-old from Norwalk.
