Dr. Stephanie Bramlett, Director of Diversity and Student Life, shared the excitement of the event, saying, “It couldn’t have worked out better to have Wes Moore come just after our community read his book. St. Luke’s is focused on building an inclusive community and Wes Moore’s books are a wonderful way to grow understanding.”
Moore’s energy and passion were evident throughout his impassioned speech and while meeting audience members afterwards. His new book “The Work: My Search for a Life That Matters” is about finding fulfillment through service to others.
