Wilton Man Accused Of Violating Restraining Order: New Canaan PD

The incident allegedly occurred on Friday night, June 22.

NEW CANAAN, CT — A 57-year-old Wilton man was arrested Friday night on a charge of criminal violation of a restraining order after he allegedly had an undescribed encounter with an unnamed victim in New Canaan, according to police.

Kevin S. Miller, of Ruscoe Road, was arrested at his home just before 11 p.m. by members of the New Canaan and Wilton police departments.

About 45 minutes earlier, New Canaan police received a call from the victim, who has a restraining order against the suspect. Additional details were not disclosed.

Miller was taken into custody, and he was released after after posting bond on bail of $10,000. He is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on June 25.
