NEW HAVEN, CT —Police are investigating a fatal Wednesday night, three-car crash at the intersection of Ella T. Grasso Boulevard and Washington Avenue, New Haven police spokesperson Capt. Rose Dell said.
The collision involved three older styled, gray-colored Honda Accords, she said. The preliminary
investigation indicates that it was a T-bone style collision, with the third vehicle being struck
after the initial impact, according to Dell.
Five people were taken to the hospital, including Jazy White, 42, of New Haven, one of the operators involved in the crash, who died soon after arriving at the hospital, Dell said.
