New Haven police will charge the woman with dumping a now-hospitalized 8-month-old girl in a Dixwell Avenue apartment complex dumpster.

NEW HAVEN, CT — New Haven police have detained and will charge a 24-year-old Hamden woman with dumping a baby girl in a dumpster at a Newhallville apartment complex.
