Behind The Badge: New Haven PD Shares Cops' Stories On FB, Instagram
The new FB & IG accounts are part of its mission to "engage, empower, and partner with the community" by reaching out via social media.
NEW HAVEN, CT —Less than a month ago, the new Haven Police Department stepped up it's social media presence in a big way. The department updated its Facebook and Instagram pages as part of its mission of openness, since new Chief Karl Jacobson was sworn, to reach the community where it is.
And importantly, introduce the cops on the streets by telling their stories.
