In his recent encyclical Magnifica Humanitas, Pope Leo describes the various ways in which human dignity faces challenges today, including dehumanizing systems and ideologies, technologies that disengage and divide us, and situations of war, environmental degradation, and poverty. Guided by Christian intellectual traditions and the Catholic, Dominican values of contemplation and action, the Eckhart Center is hosting a season of dinner conversations to explore how to rediscover our humanity and seek flourishing for all.
