Tom Hill, III, CIM/SIOR (second from left) owner of Tom Hill Realty & Investments, LLC, in Waterbury, a Fairfield, Litchfield and New Haven County commercial realtor, attended the New Haven Middlesex REALTORS® (NHMR) Commercial Investment Division (CID) Power Lunch for commercial realtors titled, “Tapping the Resources & Business Possibilities for the Greater New Haven Region” presented by the Regional Water Authority. The luncheon was held at the New Haven Middlesex Association of REALTORS office in North Haven (www.greaternhrealtors.com).

Water continued to be recognized as a long-time driver of economic development in the Greater New Haven region, and luncheon topics focused on ways to tap into available resources and business possibilities. Hill commented, "The regional Water Authority services 19 towns in New Haven County and covers the entire valley and up into Prospect & Cheshire. Currently I have numerous commercial listings and requirements in play and connecting to municipal water and learning about the RWA targeted industry analysts was very compelling.”
