Man Shot In New Haven: PD
Children were present when in an apartment where the man was shot, police said.

NEW HAVEN, CT — A 32-year-old West Haven man was shot in a Winchester Avenue apartment early Wednesday, according to police.
Police responded to the apartment at 12:30 a.m. and found the victim in a common hallway on the second floor, said Officer David Hartman, police spokesman. The man was shot in the chest and hands. His wounds aren't life-threatening.
