New Haven Gang Associate Sentenced To 12 Years In Prison
The gang associate was involved in acts of violence and drug selling, according to the U.S. Attorney District of Connecticut office.

NEW HAVEN, CT — A New Haven man was sentenced to 12 years in federal prison for racketeering along with firearm and drug distribution offenses. He will have to serve at least 85 percent of the sentence.
Miles Price aka "Molly Rock," 29, was involved with the Red Side Guerilla Brims gang in New Haven. The gang distributed crack and other drugs in New Haven and transported drugs to Bangor, Maine, according to the U.S. Attorney District of Connecticut office. Members were involved in murder, murder attempts, assaults and armed robberies as well.
Price was recruited in April 2011 to rob money and marijuana from Kevin Lee of New Haven, according to the U.S. Attorney's office. Price, Luis Padilla and Rodrigo Raimerez drove to Lee's residence.

Padilla and Price got out of the car and knocked at Lee's door. Lee answered, saw Price had a gun and tried to grab it while lunging at him with a knife, according to the U.S. Attorney's office. Padilla shot Lee in the stomach, back and head.
Price also traveled to Maine to assist with drug distribution.

Price was arrested in June 2014 after law enforcement conducted seven controlled crack purchases. An individual working with law enforcement also bought two guns from Price.
Price pleaded guilty in October 2015 to ne count of engaging in a pattern of racketeering activity, one count of possession with intent to distribute, and distribution of cocaine base (“crack”), and one count of possession of a firearm by a previously convicted felon.
A total of 21 people associated with the RSGB gang were convicted on federal charges. Seven murders, four attempted murders and four armed robberies were resolved by the law enforcement investigation into the gang.
