New Haven Man Arrested For Stabbing: PD

The stabbing left a victim in critical condition.

NEW HAVEN, CT — A city man was arrested for a June 16 stabbing that left a man in critical condition, according to police.

Herman Arthur Keen, 52, was arrested after he turned himself into police Tuesday evening. He was charged with first-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment, possession of a dangerous weapon and second-degree breach of peace.

The stabbing victim was found in the roadway on the 300 block of Sherman Avenue. He told police who stabbed him, said Officer David Hartman, police spokesman. The assault was captured on a nearby surveillance system.
