Update: Missing New Haven Woman, 22, Was Found 'Safe And Unharmed:" PD

Brianna Harrison had been missing since early Thursday morning, and was located late Sunday night, according to police.

NEW HAVEN, CT — A 22-year-old New Haven woman, reported missing last Friday, was located safe and unharmed late Sunday night, New Haven police announced early Monday afternoon.

Brianna Harrison, who police said has "intellectual disabilities," was last seen Nov. 2 at her home in the early morning hours.

Police spokesperson Sgt. Cherelle Carr said that more information the case may be forthcoming.

New Haven police are asking for the public's help in finding Brianna Harrison, a 22-year-old local woman who has been missing since Thursday.

Harrison is decribed as Black, with black/brown hair and brown eyes. She stands 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds.

"Brianna was last seen at her residence in New Haven on 11/2/2023, prior to 8AM," New Haven police wrote in statement. "Brianna has intellectual disabilities. Her whereabouts are unknown. She may be in the New Haven or Naugatuck area. She may be wearing a black puffy jacket, red Nike sneakers, white shoulder tote bag or black leather style shoulder bag."

Other identifying characteristics include:

  • Scar on wrist/side of thumb
  • Scar on forehead
  • Wears beaded Jamaican bracelet

Anyone with information on Brianna Harrison's whereabouts is urged to contact New Haven Police Department, Missing Persons Unit, at 203-946-6304, or via email at missingpersonstips@newhavenct.gov, or through 911.

Anonymous tips are welcome, police said.
