
NEW HAVEN, CT — Two people sustained non-life threatening wounds after a shooting Thursday night
Police learned the two victims were outside on Gilbert Street when a Jaguar or Audi pulled up and fired several shots at the group. Police continue to search for the vehicle and suspects, said Officer David Hartman, police spokesman.
A 16-year-old New Haven resident was shot in the foot and the 21-year-old victim was shot in the thigh. The two went to Yale-New Haven Hospital to be treated when police were summoned.
