New Haven SRO Suspended After Sex Harassment Allegations
An internal affairs investigation found the officer acted inappropriately toward a female student.

NEW HAVEN, CT — A city police officer was suspended for 10 days after an internal investigation concluded that he acted inappropriately toward a female student.
Officer Jeremie Elliott who worked at New Horizons High at a school resource officer allegedly stood to close for comfort to the student, made remarks on social media and asked to meet off-premises, according to the New Haven Independent. He was also transferred to another assignment.
