New Haven Woman Left Scene Of Accident At Milford Mall: Police

MILFORD, CT — A New Haven woman is accused of leaving the scene of an accident, Milford Police say. On June 5, police took custody of Alea Hamrick, 21, of Edgewood Avenue in New Haven in regard to an active arrest warrant, police said.

She is accused of striking a parked car with her vehicle on April 5 in the parking lot of the Connecticut Post Mall, 1201 Boston Post Road and then leaving the scene, police said.

She is charged with evading responsibility and unsafe backing. Her court date is July 5.
