PD Seeks Man Who Exposed Himself

NEW HAVEN, CT — Police are looking to identify a man who exposed himself to visitors of East Rock Park Thursday afternoon.

The alleged flasher is a bearded man of average build," said Officer David Hartman, police spokesman. "He wore a black T-shirt and blue baseball cap. He drove off in an older model, silver colored Honda Civic, likely bearing Connecticut marker plates. The car was seen heading toward Hamden."
