
NEW HAVEN, CT — A pedestrian was struck by a motor vehicle Sunday on Whalley Avenue.
Police and EMTs responded around 8:30 [p.m. near the Ella T. Grasso Boulevard intersection, said Officer David Hartman, police spokesman.
The 30-year-old victim sustained non-life threatening injuries and was treated at a local hospital. The vehicle operator remained on scene and is cooperating with police, Hartman said.
