Residents Of Former New Haven Complex Awarded $18.75 Million
The residents of a former New Haven housing complex have been awarded up to $20,000 each in a court settlement.
NEW HAVEN, CT — A judge has approved an $18.75 million settlement of a 2016 class action lawsuit filed by residents of an apartment complex, according to The New Haven Register. The Church Street South housing complex was located across from Union Station and has since been demolished.
Qualifying tenants will receive up to $20,ooo per person depending on how long they lived in the complex after December 2013.
