
NEW HAVEN, CT — a 31-year-old woman was in serious, but non-life threatening condition after being stabbed Sunday night, according to police.
Police were dispatched to 226 Valley Street in the rear of the complex around 8 p.m., said Officer David Hartman, police spokesman.
The woman was stabbed by a bald black man who may have been operating a dark-colored Toyota Tundra, Hartman said.

The victim was taken to Yale-New Haven Hospital. Detectives continue to investigate the case.
