NEWINGTON, CT — A Columbia resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Newington last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On September 18, Brett Halverson, of Columbia, purchased a 10x Cash 14th Edition ticket from the the Newington A-1 and won $10,000.
