NEWINGTON, CT — A Newington man won big playing the Connecticut Lottery recently. Christian Dethomas Jr. won $20,000 playing the 20X Cash 4th Edition game.
He purchased the lucky ticket at the Mobil gas station in Hartford on Wednesday.
