April 13

Alberto Maldonado-Perez, 65, of 771 South Wethersfield Ave., Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, operating under suspension and failure to drive in proper lane, 12:54 p.m.

April 14

John Ortiz, 34, of 175 Russ St., Hartford, was charged with engaging police in pursuit, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, no insurance, failure to drive in proper lane and operating a motorcycle without endorsement, 4:45 p.m.

Joseph Epstein, 28, of 114 Burgundy Hill Ln., Middletown, was charged with possession of marijuana, 8:35 p.m.

April 15

Bernard Kornowicz, 69, of 1579 Main St., Newington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 1:50 p.m.

Seth Booth, 44, of 42 Brookside Rd., Newington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, third-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree strangulation and first-degree unlawful restraint, 8:50 p.m.

April 16

Sean Harrison, 24, of 33 Spruce St., Newington, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 2:29 a.m.

Jeffrey Koller, 38, of 108 Churchill Dr., Newington, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny, first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny, 8:47 p.m.

Jason Nizielski, 34, of 164 Huhnters Ln., Newington, was charged with disorderly conduct, 9:13 p.m.

April 17

Donnell Coleman, 36, of 16 Chatham St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening, 6:45 a.m.
