Robert Gniadek, 43, of 222 Boylston St., Newington, was charged with operating under the influence, reckless driving, interfering with an officer, failure to comply with passing on right rule, failure to drive in proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle-harassment/intimidation, 6:22 p.m.
April 21
Ashley Baylock-Karvecki, 24, of 220 Brittany Farms Rd., New Britain, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 10:14 p.m.
April 22
Brian Guarnaccia, 32, of 15 Kensington Ln., Rocky Hill, was charged with operating under the influence and following too closely, 1:58 p.m.
Daniel Camera, 21, of 44 Cheney Ln., Newington, was charged with possession of narcotics (four counts), failure to keep narcotics in original container, possession of less than four ounces of marijuana, disorderly conduct and criminal possession of a firearm, 5:30 p.m.
April 23
Luan Phan, 42, of 465 Fenn Rd., Newington, was charged with disorderly conduct, 8:00 a.m.
