Thursday, April 19

Sharlyn Guzman, 39, of 22 Henry St., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, 3:10 p.m.

Darlene Ruiz-Guzman, 19, of 33 Fairway Ln., Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, 3:10 p.m.

Harry Santana, 40, of 48 Huntington St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 5:04 p.m.

Friday, April 20

Wayland Stine, 32, of 236 Robbins Ave., Newington, was charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an officer and second-degree unlawful restraint, 4:54 p.m.

Jessica Bober, 36, of 51 Walek Farms Rd., Manchester, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and second-degree assault, 10:15 p.m.

Joshua Frink, 37, of 249 Maple Hill Ave., Newington, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree unlawful restraint, 10:50 p.m.

Sunday, April 22

Angelo Lopez, 65, of 370 West Center St., Manchester, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 12:36 a.m.

Monday, April 23

Michael Parris, 33, of 30 Townley St., Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, 8:30 a.m.
