Javon Bates, 35, of 25 Patton Dr., New Britain, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, 5:35 p.m.

Thomas Gallagher, 58, of 125 Second Ave., West Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 9:25 a.m.

Nelson Ward, Jr., 36, of 82 Brittany Farms Rd., New Britain, was charged with failure to respond, 6:20 p.m.

April 28

Devon Canino, 23, of 170 Flastbush Ave., Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker, driving wrong way on highway and operating without a license, 3:28 a.m.

April 29

Joseph Marshall, 20, of 139 Day Ave., New Britain, was charged with second-degree forgery, failure to drive in proper lane and improper turn signal, 10:16 a.m.

Shevada Davis, 25, of 32 Marwood Dr., New Britain, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 9:47 p.m.

Tiffany Vazquez, 25, of 23 Patton Dr., New Britain, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 9:47 p.m.

April 30

Heather Adams, 22, of 39 Exeter Ct., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts) and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 8:38 p.m.

Ronald Rivas, 26, of 39 Exeter Ct., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts) and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 8:38 p.m.
