Monday, April 9

Lee Pierpont, 61, of 31 Butternut Ln., Newington, was charged with operating under the influence, evading responsibility, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to insure vehicle, 10:43 a.m.

Marcello Manuele, 53, of 86 Theodore St., Newington, was charged with disorderly conduct (two counts), third-degree assault (two counts), third-degree strangulation, first-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree unlawful restraint, 4:53 p.m.

Stephen Fielding, 27, of 34 Tankeroosen Rd., Vernon, was charged with reckless endangerment, 7:45 p.m.

Tuesday, April 10

David Montanez, 32, of 168 Hungerford St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer and second-degree failure to appear, 7:45 p.m.

Wednesday, April 11

Joseph Schulz, 36, of 75 Lydall Rd., Newington, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree breach of peace, 7:45 p.m.
