Friday, Dec. 1

Bernard Luetjen, 41, of 61 Summit St., Newington, was charged with disorderly conduct, 9:49 p.m.

Jorge Toro, 39, of 59 Evergreen Ave., Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, speeding and operating under suspension, 11:00 p.m.

Saturday, Dec. 2

Malik Ridley, 22, of 245 Lowrey Pl., Newington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 6:30 p.m.

Deja Rush, 18, of 245 Lowrey Pl., Newington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 6:30 p.m.

Kyle Porter, 22, of 46 Acton St., New Britain, was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, 8:18 p.m.

Sunday, Dec. 3

Shane Given, 32, of 169 Leesville Rd., Moodus, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree larceny, credit card theft (two counts), illegal use of a credit card (three counts), criminal attempt to commit illegal use of a credit card and third-degree forgery (three counts), 1:05 a.m.

Nicholas Summa, 18, of 6 Tollgate Ln., Simsbury, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, 4:30 p.m.

Frederick Johansen, 32, of 11 Laurel St., Vernon, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer, reckless endangerment, disobeying signal of officer, reckless driving, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and improper marker plates, 10:00 p.m.

Monday, Dec. 4

Devante Robinson, 24, of 131 Hollywood Ave., West Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper marker plates, failure to display marker plates, no insurance and violation of probation, 2:03 a.m.

Laquanna Watkins, 26, of 360 Oakland St., Manchester, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, third-degree identity theft (five counts) and conspiracy to commit identity theft, 5:38 p.m.

Ismael Arroyo, 23, of 105 Slater Rd., New Britain, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, operating under suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper marker plates and no insurance, 7:54 p.m.

Marek Nizielski, 21, of 141 West Hill Rd., Newington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 9:00 p.m.

Robert Bailey, 48, of 67 Congress St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny (four counts), 11:30 a.m.
