Feb. 11

Harry Perez, 38, of 886 Main St., East Hartford, was charged with second-degree harassment, 5:12 a.m.

Feb. 12

Alan Cruz, 21, of 16 Chapman St., Hartford, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, 10:13 p.m.

Feb. 13

Rogelio Ortiz, 50, of 81 Hawley St., Newington, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening and second-degree unlawful restraint, 6:17 a.m.

Daymeon Smith, 28, of 663 Howard Ave., Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer (two counts), 11:45 a.m.

Feb. 14

Melissa Ramos, 22, of 1528 Corbin Ave., New Britain, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to obey traffic control signals, 6:30 a.m.

Feb. 15

Przemyslaw Kondracki, 33, of 244 Stanwood Dr., New Britain, was charged with interfering with an officer, violation of a protective order and violating conditions of release, 1:39 a.m.
