Xhemal Brahimi, 66, of 15 Commonwealth Ave., Newington, was charged with disorderly conduct, 4:55 p.m.

Feb. 19

Aslin Banegas, 26, of 2841 Broad St., Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, operating under suspension and failure to drive in proper lane, 1:02 a.m.

Tyler Stahl, 24, of 19 Eastbury Hill Dr., Middletown, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 4:34 a.m.
