Joshua Coonradt, 37, of 174 Front St., Middletown, was charged with third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny, assault on a police officer, first-degree reckless endangerment, disobeying signal of an officer, reckless driving, operating under suspension and improper use of marker plates, 10:10 a.m.

Sean Clifford, 35, of 38 Russet Ln., Middletown, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, 4:00 p.m.
Feb. 22
Martin Serrano, 24, of 15 Meadowbrook Rd., West Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, 2:34 p.m.
Feb. 24
Matthew Grem, 31, of 54 Highland St., Newington, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 1:05 a.m.
Lisa Nguyen, 38, of 100 Kimberley Rd., Newington, was charged with second-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct, 2:38 a.m.
Feb. 25
Kyle Neri, 44, of no certain address, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer and second-degree failure to appear, 12:00 p.m.
Sarah Turgeon, 26, of 42 Dexter Ave., Meriden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 7:45 p.m.
Zachary McDougal, 18, of 24 Kinnear Dr., Newington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, 11:25 p.m.
