Joshua Newman, 19, of 65 High Gate Rd., Newington, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, 9:22 p.m.

Thursday, Feb. 22

Nicholas Delmonaco, 25, of 155 Williamstown Ct., Newington, was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, illegal use of a facsimile firearm, risk of injury to a child (three counts), second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening, 2:11 p.m.

Friday, Feb. 23

Hector Gonzalez, 47, of 129 Harding Ave., Newington, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order, 4:50 p.m.

Wayne Gouthro, 33, of 66 Beths Ave., Bristol, was charged with violation of probation, 5:24 p.m.

Nicholas Bouchard, 31, of 171 Elm St., Windsor Locks, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 5:54 p.m.

Saturday, Feb. 24

Edison Glenn, 39, of 718 Church St., Newington, was charged with disorderly conduct, 6:13 a.m.

Eddie Limas, 28, of 333 Chapman St., New Britain, was charged with operating under the influence, evading responsibility, failure to drive in proper lane and operating without a license, 6:23 a.m.

Stephen Allen, 26, of 419 New London Tpk., Glastonbury, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to obey traffic control signals, 7:12 p.m.

Tuesday, Feb. 27

Richard Casparino, Jr., 25, of 15 Steele St., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (four counts), 3:07 a.m.
