Friday, July 14

Vitaliy Nikiforov, 31, of 54 Seventh St., Newington, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, 1:00 a.m.

Denise Connors, 53, of 203 Jason Dr., Rocky Hill, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 2:30 a.m.
