Tuesday, July 25

Dreshon Foreman, 28, of 228 Sargeant St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree forgery, interfering with an officer, operating under suspension, improper passing and failure to obey traffic control signals, 10:23 a.m.

Marie Torres, 44, of 1 High St., Hope, R.I., was charged with risk of injury to a minor (three counts), 1:45 p.m.

Wednesday, July 26

Jose Battle, 23, of 2105 Rockaway Pkwy., Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged with criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny, criminal attempt to commit illegal use of credit card, illegal use of credit card, third-degree identity theft and criminal impersonation, 7:15 p.m.
