Matthew Olschefski, 32, of 11 Grandview Dr., Farmington, was charged with operating under the influence and improper use of high beams, 12:59 a.m.

Monday, July 31

Jehona Bajrami, 24, of 87 Albany Ave., New Britain, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 5:49 a.m.

Erica Perreault, 43, of 1860 Berlin Tpk., Wethersfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 2:00 p.m.
