Nichole Parrotte, 30, of 390 Sam Green Rd., Coventry, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 4:45 a.m.
Enysia Rosado, 21, of 730 Ellis St., New Britain, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 4:45 a.m.
Dawn Emerson, 45, of 204 Collins St., Hartford, was charged with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia, 6:13 p.m.
Ileia Belton, 33, of 21 Hartford Ave., Newington, was charged with risk of injury to a minor (two counts), second-degree reckless endangerment (two counts), first-degree unlawful restraint (two counts) and disorderly conduct, 11:15 p.m.

Brian Cournoyer, Jr., 24, of 18 Woodard Pl., Bristol, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, reckless driving, disobeying signal of officer, failure to drive in proper lane (two counts) and failure to obey stop sign (three counts), 5:00 a.m.
