Kevin Ramos, 21, of 307 Fairfield Ave., Hartford, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, 6:54 p.m.

Samuel Weston, 21, of 61 Whitmore St., Hartford, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker plates, no insurance, operating under suspension and second-degree failure to appear, 6:54 p.m.

Luz Rojas, 20, of 80 Mitchell St., New Britain, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 8:20 p.m.

Saturday, March 3

Miguel Adorno, 46, of 35 City Ave., New Britain, was charged with operating under the influence, 1:59 a.m.

Tre McGee, 26, of 76 Webster St., Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, interfering with an officer and violation of a protective order, 9:35 p.m.

Sunday, March 4

Matthew Popek, 28, of 254 Maiden Ln., Durham, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 2:40 p.m.

Melissa Barresi, 24, of 200 John Olds Dr., Manchester, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 4:03 p.m.

Monday, March 5

Dean Vine, 31, of no certain address, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer and failure to respond (seven counts), 12:45 p.m.

Wanda Maldonado, 50, of 435 Bradley Ave., Meriden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 4:21 p.m.

Francisco Torres, 40, of 31 Crosby St., West Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, 7:33 p.m.

Tuesday, March 6

Krystal Betancourt, 22, of 187 Washington St., Wallingford, was charged with operating under the influence and improper number of headlights, 12:24 a.m.

Peter Overbaugh, 59, of 69 South Stoney Brooke Dr., Marlborough, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker plate, no insurance and operating under suspension, 1:42 a.m.

Rebecca Jones, 21, of 12 Highwood Cir., Colchester, was charged with violation of a protective order, 6:34 a.m.

David Hurlbut, 35, of 1 Geoffrey Rd., East Haddam, was charged with violation of a protective order, 6:40 a.m.
