Robetsy Quinones, 19, of 43 Wayfard St., New Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 6:05 a.m.

Arthur Butler, Jr., 56, of 110 Webster Ct., Newington, was charged with operating under the influence and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, 7:30 p.m.

March 17

Martin Serrano, Sr., 56, of 217 Harding Ave., Newington, was charged with violation of probation, 6:15 a.m.

Roger Jacques, 48, of 122 Reservoir Rd., Newington, was charged with violation of a protective order, 2:35 p.m.

Robert Robinson, 47, of 37 Second St., New Britain, was charged with third-degree larceny, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 10:52 p.m.

Michael Binion, 54, of 5 Magnolia St., Hartford, was charged with first-degree forgery and criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny, 6:52 p.m.
