Elesha Damato, 20, of 41 Tremper Dr., Wallingford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, 4:20 p.m.

Patrick Scelza, 76, of 67 Apple Hill, Newington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 7:50 p.m.

Thursday, March 22

Charles Havens, 24, of 6 Frank St., Newington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault on an elderly person, 10:30 a.m.

Richard Havens, 64, of 6 Frank St., Newington, was charged with disorderly conduct, 10:30 a.m.

Friday, March 23

Taylor Lynch, 23, of 133 Robbins Ave., Newington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and operating under suspension, 2:06 a.m.

Saturday, March 24

Joaquim Siopa, 58, of 153 Brookside Rd., Newington, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint, 12:16 a.m.

Joseph Corbin, 21, of 104 Brussels Ave., Wethersfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening, 2:50 a.m.

Ronnie Carson, 65, of 17 Dennison Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 11:05 a.m.

Keith Habeski, 37, of 9 Juniper Rd., Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 3:01 p.m.
