Carlos Rodriguez-Mendez, 41, of 150 Mather St., Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, 4:00 p.m.

Jan Sanchez, 21, of 48 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment (four counts), reckless driving (four counts) and operating an unregistered motor vehicle (four counts), 8:09 p.m.

Rafael Fonseca, 27, of 47 Greenfield St., Hartford, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, first-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree unlawful restraint, 9:59 p.m.

Friday, March 30

Sandra Cruz-Burgos, 49, of 157 Bloomfield Ave., Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 1:30 p.m.

Crucita Nieves, 30, of 70 Miller St., New Britain, was charged with first-degree failure to appear and failure to pay or respond, 4:40 p.m.

Juliana Joseph, 25, of 5 Victory Way, Newington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace, 5:15 p.m.

Saturday, March 31

Victor Monroe, 33, of 878 Park Ave., Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 5:12 p.m.

Nathaniel Walker III, 21, of 15 Dorchester Dr., Windsor, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 6:30 p.m.
