Mixchael Medina, 37, of 271 Main St., Newington, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, violation of a protective order, third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and first-degree unlawful restraint, 12:45 p.m.

Kelly Burton, 37, of 5 Hickory Hill Dr., Chester, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 2:30 p.m.

Marvin Lazo-Vasquez, 42, of 49 Coles Ave., Newington, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and interfering with an officer, 11:12 p.m.

May 13

Victor Elohor, 26, of 60 Walnut St., East Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 3:00 p.m.

Shane Similick, 33, of 248 Main St., Newington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 3:00 p.m.
