Alfonzo Sanford, 57, of 25-A Victory Way, Newington, was charged with first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 6:49 p.m.

Monday, May 21

Joseph Schultz, 36, of 75 Lydall Rd., Newington, was charged with disorderly conduct, 1:59 a.m.

Jaime Baez, 26, of 1580 Main St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 11;30 a.m.

Richard Webber, 33, of 11 Thomas St., Newington, was charged with risk of injury to a child and third-degree assault, 1:09 p.m.

Esteban Valentin, 28, of 481 South St., New Britain, was charged with possession of more than four ounces of marijuana, 8:36 p.m.

Curtis Pertillar, 25, of 459 Edgewood St., Hartford, was charged with first-degree robbery and first-degree sexual assault, 2:04 p.m.

Wednesday, May 23

Jason Piper, 37, of 23 Bond St., Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, 6:16 a.m.

Ryan Guerra, 31, of 124 Torkom Dr., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 6:44 a.m.

Jakub Zera, 26, of 566 Cypress Rd., Newington, was charged with disorderly conduct, first-degree harassment and second-degree threatening, 11:26 a.m.
