Wednesday, May 16

Sandra Silva, 47, of 101 Portland St., Oakville, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 8:07 p.m.

Thursday, May 17

Brendon Richard, 22, of 422 Willard Ave., Newington, was charged with operating under the influence, 1:56 a.m.

Jessenia Rosario, 28, of 1023 Sexton St., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 12:30 p.m.

Alfonzo Sanford, 57, of 25-A Victory Way, Newington, was charged with first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 6:49 p.m.

Francisco Carrion, 38, of 184 Afflect St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 2:30 p.m.

Monday, May 21

Jaime Baez, 26, of 1580 Main St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 11;30 a.m.

Richard Webber, 33, of 11 Thomas St., Newington, was charged with risk of injury to a child and third-degree assault, 1:09 p.m.

Esteban Valentin, 28, of 481 South St., New Britain, was charged with possession of more than four ounces of marijuana, 8:36 p.m.
